HOW THE HAUNT WORKS:

You will travel through and experience 17 interactive rooms in private groups (maximum 8 people).  Each room is numbered above its entrance door. These room numbers (1-17) are lit and will either be green or red. When red, the door is locked and you may not enter. When the room number turns green, the door unlocks and you will need to enter the room quickly. Your group will be “locked” in each room for approximately 60 seconds while the scene plays out. Some rooms require you to perform a physical task. Each room will have at least 1 actor. In addition to “scaring” you, the actors throughout the experience will help guide you through scene. Pay attention to their signals and actions. Please note, the rooms are all connected by “transition” spaces or hallways. Most of the transitions have black curtains preventing you from entering the back-stage areas. Remember, you will only be traveling through doors. Do not go through any curtains (unless of course there is an emergency).

BLUE GLOW PENDANTS:

We provide “blue” mini glowstick pendants for any deaf or hard of hearing guest who would like to wear them. While it is not a requirement, we highly recommend wearing these pendants as they allow our actors to modify their scenes in order to enhance your experience. Please keep your pendant visible at all times. Please note, we also have “mercy” pendants available for purchase which help prevent guests from getting shocked and coming into contact with bugs. The mercy pendants are “red”, can be worn in addition to your blue pendant, and also need to be visible at all times.

SAFE WORD IS “MERCY”

Please use the following sign for “Mercy”. This will tell the actor to back off or allow you to skip the room. Don’t worry, you will be able to rejoin your group at the next room!
